Information you share

Our inquiry and onboarding forms collect the contact and business information you enter, such as your name, email, business name, website, requested service, and project details. Onboarding may also collect service areas, business hours, design preferences, and permission confirmations.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, prepare a preview, define scope, onboard customers, provide services, and keep business records. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize text-message marketing or start a paid subscription.

Storage and service providers

Records are stored on our Bluehost hosting account outside the public website folder. Inquiry notifications are sent through hosting email to our business mailbox. Bluehost may process hosting, security, email, and access-log data as part of providing its services. We do not sell inquiry information.

Cookies and technical information

The form uses a temporary session cookie for security. A daily hashed version of the request IP address is temporarily stored for rate limiting; older rate-limit records are removed on subsequent submissions. Hosting services may keep separate server logs. We count page views and call-button clicks in aggregate by day and broad source category (direct, search, social, or referral). These counts do not store full referring URLs, browsing histories, names, or emails. Our own page checks and repeat views can be included. No third-party analytics or advertising trackers are installed, and no SMS program is connected.

Retention and your requests

We retain records while needed to respond, serve customers, and maintain necessary business records. Email us to request access, correction, or deletion. We will review the request and explain any information that needs to be retained. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information through our forms.

Payments

For approved paid services, we use Stripe-hosted payment links. Stripe collects checkout information, including customer and business names, email, and payment information, under its own privacy policy. Card details are not collected through our inquiry or onboarding forms. A payment link is provided at launch or the agreed service start; requesting a preview does not start billing.
