Your service agreement
These terms apply to paid services supplied by Equalizer Marketing. Your written service agreement identifies the provider, selected plan, business, website or profile, approved scope, monthly price, and service start date. Any separately agreed scope or quote must be approved in writing. Asking for a free preview or submitting an inquiry does not start a subscription or authorize a charge.
Plans and scope
The Website Plan is $99 per month. It includes up to five custom pages, responsive layouts, hosting and SSL, initial on-page SEO and monthly monitoring, one focused website improvement when warranted, contact forms and email inquiry alerts, aggregate traffic/form/call-button tracking, a monthly report, a social bio landing page outside the main five pages, routine care, and minor content updates. Call-button clicks do not establish completed calls or sales. Google Business Profile services are excluded.
GBP Care is $79 per month. It includes initial profile review and optimization, business details/category/service upkeep, four profile posts per month, customer-supplied photo updates, up to ten authorized review responses per month, and a monthly profile report with local-ranking tracking. An eligible verified profile and authorized access are required. Verification work and suspension appeals require separate scope.
The Equalizer Bundle is $149 per month and includes both services. Domain registration and renewal are separate. Stores, extra pages, major redesigns, custom integrations, full SEO campaigns, advertising, and additional lead automation require a separate written quote. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout. No particular ranking, traffic, inquiry, or revenue result is promised.
Delivery and approval
Our target for the standard website scope is one week (seven calendar days) from the website request to launch. This depends on timely receipt of required business information, materials, account access, and customer approvals. We will communicate a revised launch date if those items or an external dependency delay launch.
You approve your business facts, images, service descriptions, and design before publication. You confirm you have permission to use materials you supply. We obtain your approval before publishing a material change to your offer or business details. Domain and Google profile accounts should remain under your control; access is provided through the relevant provider's authorized access tools when available.
Revisions and ongoing updates
Two consolidated design revision rounds are included before launch. A round means one collected set of feedback on the current design. Additional rounds are quoted based on the requested changes and begin only after you approve the quote. Minor ongoing content updates remain included. Extra pages, major layout changes, redesigns, and work outside the agreed scope require a separate approved quote.
Monthly billing
Setup costs $0. Website billing begins at the approved launch; GBP-only billing begins at the agreed service start. For a bundle, the start date for both services is agreed before payment. We provide the Stripe payment link at that point. Completing checkout charges the first month and starts automatic monthly renewal until canceled. The amount and renewal terms are displayed before payment. There is no free trial.
By completing subscription checkout, you authorize the displayed recurring charge to your selected payment method. We do not collect card details through our website forms. Billing questions can be sent to hello@equalizermarketing.com. Changes to the recurring price or service scope require advance written notice and an opportunity to decline or cancel before they take effect.
Cancellation
Cancel before your next renewal using the Stripe customer billing portal or by emailing hello@equalizermarketing.com. For email requests, identify your business and billing email. We confirm the cancellation and service end date in writing. Service continues through the end of your paid billing period, with no further renewal after cancellation is recorded. There is no 30-day notice requirement. If a timely cancellation request is not reflected in billing, contact us so we can correct it. Paid periods are not partially refunded, except where legally required or expressly agreed.
Cancellation does not transfer the website design or code. Before the paid period ends, tell us if you need a copy of your supplied content or a quote for website purchase and transfer. Hosting provided with the subscription ends when the service ends.
Failed payments and service interruptions
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it and we will contact you to arrange an updated payment method. Work and ongoing updates may pause while payment remains unresolved. We will provide advance written notice before suspending hosting for nonpayment, with instructions for resolving the balance. A failed payment does not count as a cancellation request.
Hosting and third-party services can experience interruptions. We address issues within our service scope and communicate material problems. Google controls profile verification, eligibility, suspensions, and search results. Paid advertising and third-party subscriptions are not included unless expressly agreed.
Your content and website ownership
You retain ownership of your domain and the materials you supply. You grant us permission to use those materials to provide the agreed services. Equalizer retains ownership of its original website design and code; you receive a license to use them while your subscription is active. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
You may purchase an eligible website for transfer at an additional cost. We provide a separate written quote identifying the transferable files, third-party license limits, and included transfer work. Ownership transfer takes place after approval of the quote and payment. No automatic transfer or purchase price is included in the monthly subscription. Your domain and supplied content remain yours regardless of whether you purchase the design and code.
Support, records, and privacy
Send support requests, approvals, revision feedback, and cancellation requests to hello@equalizermarketing.com. Keep written approval records for scope, design, quotes, and launch. We use inquiry and onboarding information as described in our Privacy Policy. Request access, correction, deletion, or an export of supplied content by email. We will explain any records that need to be retained for billing or business recordkeeping.
Submitting a website form does not consent to marketing text messages. Additional systems, advertising, or outreach require separate scope and appropriate account access and approvals.
Questions and changes to these terms
Contact hello@equalizermarketing.com if a service or billing issue arises so we can work to resolve it. Updates to these terms are dated and communicated to existing customers before a material change affects their subscription. We do not retroactively change an approved scope or quote without agreement.
